     1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Hossain Data Solutions through www.idataexperts.com.

By accepting a quotation, placing an order, making a payment, or asking us to begin work, you agree to the terms applicable to your project.

“Hossain Data Solutions”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hossain Data Solutions. “Client”, “you” and “your” refer to the person or business purchasing our services.

     2. Our Services

We provide business support services including data entry, spreadsheet management, web research, lead generation, CRM data management, data cleaning, data mining, web scraping, e-commerce product listing, PDF and image conversion, data analysis, reporting, virtual assistant services and related administrative work.

The exact service, project scope, quantity, format, delivery requirements and price will be agreed with you before work begins.

3. Quotations and Project Scope

Prices shown on our website are starting prices only unless clearly stated otherwise.

We will normally provide a quotation after reviewing your requirements. A quotation might include:

• Work to be completed
• Number of records, files, products or hours
• Delivery format
• Estimated completion time
• Total price or hourly rate
• Payment schedule
• Any specific conditions

A project begins after the scope and price have been agreed and, where required, the agreed payment or deposit has been received.

Work outside the agreed scope might require a revised quotation.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, required files, login details where necessary, deadlines and other information needed to complete the project.

You must have the right to provide any files, personal information, database records, images, documents or other material supplied to us.

You must not ask us to carry out work that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or infringes another person's rights.

Delays in receiving information, approvals or access from you might affect the agreed delivery date.

5. Prices and Payment

The price and payment arrangements for each project will be confirmed before work begins.

Depending on the project, we might request:

• Full payment in advance
• A deposit followed by a final payment
• Milestone payments
• Weekly or monthly payment
• Payment after completion

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

For business-to-business transactions, overdue payments might be subject to interest and recovery costs where permitted by UK law.

The UK Government states that statutory interest on qualifying late commercial payments is currently calculated at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Changes and Revisions

Reasonable corrections relating to the originally agreed requirements will be considered after delivery.

Requests that change the original instructions, add new records, introduce additional sources, require new research, change the output format substantially or otherwise increase the work might be treated as additional work.

We will tell you about any additional charge before carrying out substantial work outside the original scope.

7. Delivery

We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery dates depend on the project size, complexity, availability of source information and timely receipt of instructions from you.

Where a fixed deadline has been specifically agreed in writing, we will work according to that deadline.

Where no fixed completion date has been agreed, work will be completed within a reasonable period.

UK consumer law requires services supplied to consumers to be performed with reasonable care and skill and, where no specific time has been agreed, within a reasonable time.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you want to cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible.

If work has already started, you might be required to pay for work reasonably completed up to the date of cancellation and any agreed costs already incurred.

If we have not started the project, any refund will depend on the payment arrangement agreed for the project and any legal cancellation rights that apply.

We will not use cancellation terms that remove statutory consumer rights or impose disproportionate cancellation charges.

UK guidance requires consumer contract terms to be fair, transparent and written in clear language.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing our services mainly for personal purposes rather than for a business, additional consumer rights might apply.

For many service contracts agreed online or at a distance, UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation period beginning after the contract is entered into.

If you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during this cancellation period, you might need to pay for work supplied before cancellation. If the service has been fully completed following the required agreement and acknowledgement, the cancellation right might end.

These Terms do not remove any statutory rights available to consumers.

10. Confidentiality

We treat client project information as confidential.

We will not intentionally disclose confidential project information to unrelated third parties except where:

• You authorise us to do so
• It is reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service
• A service provider is required for the project
• Disclosure is required by law

A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement, or NDA, is available upon request where appropriate.

11. Personal Data and Privacy

Where personal information is involved, we will handle it in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and our Privacy Policy.

If you provide personal information relating to other people, you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate reason and authority to provide it to us.

Our Privacy Policy should be read separately from these Terms & Conditions.

12. Research, Data Accuracy and Online Information

We take reasonable care when completing research, data entry, verification and database work.

Some projects depend on information obtained from websites, public sources, databases or information supplied by the client.

Online information changes over time. Therefore, we do not promise that third-party information will remain current after the date on which it was collected.

Where accuracy or verification requirements are important, they should be stated clearly in the project instructions.

13. Data Mining and Web Scraping

Data mining and web scraping services will only be undertaken where we consider the requested work appropriate.

Clients are responsible for explaining their intended use of collected information and for ensuring their project complies with applicable laws, contractual restrictions and relevant website requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse a project where there are reasonable legal, ethical or technical concerns.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, once the agreed project price has been paid in full, you will be entitled to use the final deliverables produced specifically for your project.

Hossain Data Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, working methods, processes, know-how, internal tools and materials that were not created exclusively for the client.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.

15. Third-Party Services

Some projects involve third-party services, websites, software, CRM systems or online platforms.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, access restrictions or technical problems caused by third-party services outside our control.

If you hire us through Fiverr, Upwork or another freelance marketplace, the marketplace's payment, dispute and transaction rules also apply to work ordered through that platform.

16. Suspension or Refusal of Work

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where:

• The requested activity appears unlawful or fraudulent
• Required information is not provided
• Payment remains substantially overdue
• The project changes significantly without agreement
• Continuing the project would breach a third party's rights or platform rules

Where possible, we will explain the reason and try to resolve the issue before stopping an active project.

17. Liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect client instructions, inaccurate information supplied by the client, unauthorised use of completed work or events reasonably outside our control.

18. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to review the matter.

Please provide your name, project details, order or invoice information where relevant, and an explanation of the problem.

We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protections or rights that apply to consumers in their place of residence.

20. Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms & Conditions when our services, website or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this website with the date of the most recent update.

Changes will not retrospectively alter a project already agreed unless both parties agree or the law requires otherwise.
